A FACTORY outhouse in Southampton burned down last night.

Fire-fighters were called out yesterday evening at 7pm to the building on Pitt Road, Freemantle, belonging to PJB Engineering.

No-one was injured or evacuated from the scene.

Two appliances from Redbridge and St Mary's fire stations were called out to the blaze, which took one hour to bring under control.

The building was destroyed.
