I REFER to Brian Dash’s letter published on December 6.
I just cannot understand how he arrives at his quoted financial figures on EU costs.
He says net contribution is £33 billion but I really do believe the comments of Marta Andreasen, who was a chief accountant for the EU until she was relieved of her duties for telling the truth (whistle-blowing).
By her calculations it is more like £54 billion per year.
Suffice to say Brian Dash has no idea of the financial burden on us.
Shall we believe someone who has hands on experience of this subject, or a misinformed Lib
