AN inquest has been opened into the death of a woman found hanging near a Hampshire beach.

Angela Lubi, 42, of Staplehurst Close, Newtown, Southampton, was discovered on the shoreline at Beach Lane, Netley Abbey, on Monday and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Simon Burge, deputy coroner for central Hampshire, opened and adjourned the inquest on Wednesday to resume later in the year.
