A BROKEN down train in Hampshire is causing delays for rail passengers this morning.
The train came to a halt at Fratton, resulting in disruption on South West Trains between Portsmouth Harbour and London Waterloo and between Portsmouth Harbour and Fareham, heading onto Southampton.
Tickets are being accepted on local bus routes. Trains are unable to call at Portsmouth at the moment.

How many other pieces of news impact more people more immediately than that? Doyou want to go through the entire site and identify any that have more immediate relevance? Perhaps we should cancel all the weather forecasts and traffic reports, as they aren't "news" either.
