A Romsey man suffered life-threatening injuries in a multiple crash at Ower.
His blue BMW 318, a tractor pulling a manure spreader and a Vauxhall Zafira were involved in Saturday evening's accident on the A3090.
Firefighters had to cut the victim free from the wreckage.
The 42-year-old was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he was reported to be in a “serious but stable” condition.
And the woman driver and male passenger in the white Vauxhall Zafira sustained minor injuries and they were taken to Southampton General Hospital. Both live in the Bournemouth area.
Police say the 20-year-old tractor driver who lives in Romsey suffered minor injures and taken to hospital for treatment.
Fire and rescue crews spent more than one and a half hours at the scene of the crash at Embley View between Ower and Romsey.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the crash and anyone who saw it happened or the vehicles involved prior to the collision is asked to contact Sergeant Andy Tester at Whitchurch Roads Policing Unit on 101. Callers should quote Operation Hailstone.
