THIEVES broke into a woman's home and stole around £20,000 worth of jewellery.
Police are appealing for any information about the burglary in Eastleigh which happened when the 50-year-old homeowner was at work.
The thieves forced entry into the home in Chamberlayne Road, in Eastleigh, overnight between 6.45pm and 7am the following morning.
They took around £20,000 of Indian gold jewellery which included necklaces, bangles and rings in 22 carat gold plus a Seiko Kinetic watch that belonged to her late husband.
Anyone with information about who took the jewellery overnight on February 2 or anyone who knows where it may be should contact Detective Constable Abigail Leeson at Eastleigh police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

I think NOT... honestly, some people ought to set up business in clairvoyancy in these columns because they read a few sentences online and think they KNOW that is the case. It's laughable ...... having just had insurance claim go through myself (for a flood) I can tell you without proof they won't pay out anything!
