Indian gold jewellery stolen from Eastleigh home

THIEVES broke into a woman’s home and stole about £20,000 worth of jewellery.

The burglary in Eastleigh happened when the 50-year-old homeowner was at work.

The thieves forced entry into the home in Chamberlayne Road overnight and took about £20,000 of Indian gold jewellery, which included necklaces, bangles and rings in 22 carat gold, plus a Seiko Kinetic watch that belonged to the victim’s late husband.

It happened between 6.45pm on February 2 and 7am the following day.

this is the same headline as yesterdays. What's going on? Is the theft from one persons property than the theft from another's? Is it the high value or something else? Why has this story reappeared within eighteen hours? Is there something else going on here, Echo?

They did the same thing the other day with the Lifeboat story- probably just stuck for something to print. At least they don't print so much garbage as the IOW County Press!
