The A338 between Ringwood and Fordingbridge is a death trap and there has to be some way of enforcing speed restrictions. Thankfully no one has been killed on this occasion, but that has not always been the case. I hope the overtaking driver who caused this is caught, but that seems unlikely in my opinion.
