A TEENAGER needed hospital treatment after a road rage attack at a petrol station.
The 19-year-old was driving with friends along Shakespeare Road, in Boyatt Wood, when a dark blue BMW started to follow them.
Both cars stopped at the Texaco garage in nearby Southampton Road where the victim claims he was punched to the ground by the BMW driver.
The victim, from Colden Common, escaped serious injury but was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, at 10.30pm on Wednesday, to contact PC Steve Day at Eastleigh police station on 101.
