A HAMPSHIRE school boy has been found safe and well after going missing on Monday.
Walid Abdullah, 13, was last seen by his mother on Monday.
The teenager had said that he was going out to the seaside, before leaving the family home, on Fawcett Road, Southsea, at around 4pm, with a pink child’s scooter.
He was spotted on Eastern Road, Portsmouth, by a member of the public who had seen the appeal on Twitter.
Walid has now been reunited with his family.
Inspector Eddie Charlton, said: “We are extremely pleased Walid has been found safe and well and is now back with his family.
“I would like to thank the member of the public who came forward with information after spotting him on Eastern Road. “I would also like to thank the media for their support in helping us locate him.”
