PATIENTS who have had their hospital stay brightened by a nurse or midwife have the chance to say thank you.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are giving the public an opportunity to nominate nurses and midwives who have gone the extra mile to care for a patient.

Nominations for the Director of Nursing Awards can be made for staff at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.
