HAMPSHIRE health bosses are encouraging mums to give their babies the best start in life by breastfeeding.
As part of Breastfeeding Awareness Week health chiefs have released research that reveals infants who are breastfed are less likely to have health problems in the short-term.
Events are taking place across the south to boost the decreasing number of babies’ breastfed beyond the first few weeks, including a picnic at Victoria Park, Portsmouth, tomorrow from 11am.
