Hampshire Fire and Rescue crew tackle fire at home in Havant

A FAMILY escaped after fire swept through their Hampshire home overnight.

Two adults and two children fled the end-of-terrace-property after a blaze broke out in a front room on the ground floor, at around 1am.

A total of 13 Hampshire Fire and Rescue personnel attended the “severe fire”, at Park House Farm Way in Havant.

Six crew members wearing breathing apparatus were sent into the property to tackle the fire.

It is not known how much damage was caused to the property, or what caused the blaze.
