A DAYLIGHT burglary in Hampshire is linked to an attempted burglary that took place nearby.
The first incident in Bitterne , Southampton , saw a thief force open a kitchen window in a house in Chalk Hill sometime between 7am and 4.30pm and raided the freezer, taking about £50- worth of meat.
A thief failed to force open the front door of a house in West End Road, Southampton, in the second incident, leaving marks on the door similar to those on the window in Chalk Hill.
