ARSONISTS are being blamed for a blaze in a derelict Southampton block of shops and flats awaiting demolition.
Firefighters from Hightown station were called to the scene on Exford Avenue, Harefield, at around 6pm yesterday.
Crews spent around 45 minutes fighting the blaze, which appeared to have been caused by rubbish being set alight deliberately.
