Winchester businesses offered colourful promotion opportunity
6:00pm Monday 10th September 2012 in News
BUSINESSES in Winchester are being offered the chance to promote themselves using art and traffic bollards.
The ‘Gallery in the Square’ has seen several bollards turned into works of art by two members of the Winchester artists’ group, The Colour Factory, Rachael Alexander and Jenny Muncaster.
Among the businesses who have sponsored a bollard are Mawson and Company, Bang and Olfusen and the Winchester BID.
The number of bollards available for revamping is limited and the cost of the revamp is £800.
