Man arrested in connection with murder of Delia Hughes in Southampton

A MAN has been arrested in connection with the murder of 85-year-old Southampton woman Delia Hughes.
The 24-year-old, from the Bitterne area of Southampton, was arrested on suspicion of murder this morning.
The man remains in police custody and is being interviewed by detectives from the Hampshire Major Investigation Team.
Mrs Hughes was found dead at her home in Ocean Village on August 18.
