A MAN and woman have been charged by police following simultaneous drugs raids across Southampton .

As reported in yesterday’s Daily Echo, officers seized several hundred pounds worth of cannabis following the execution of warrants at addresses across Millbrook .

Search teams using sniffer dogs were used to scour properties in Irving Road and Millbrook Towers after the doors were forced open by officers.

Police yesterday confirmed that Lloyd White, 24, from Irving Road and Marilyn Sillence, 37, from the same road, have both been charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. Both have been bailed to appear before Southampton Magistrates Court on October 10.

A 22-year-old woman from Millbrook Towers has been bailed pending further enquiries.
