A 15-year-old boy has been charged with kidnapping and sexual assaulting a child.
Detectives investigating an assault on a five-year-old girl in Andover three weeks ago last night charged the boy with kidnap and sexual assault on a child under 13.
The boy from Andover, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was held in police custody overnight to appear at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court today.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Youth Court on Monday.
