According to Dan Kerins, people who read these threads don't read them all through. They read the story, a couple of comments then go to the end to post their comment. Invariably they come across Georgem and his gang bullying me, and assume that they are the "goodies" fighting a "baddie". So they complain. Kerins thought we were all as bad as one another. I pointed out that Georgem is always the instigator. Kerins said the admin team haven't got time to go through whole threads, so I offered to archive threads where Georgem and his cronies get up to their usual tricks. So I now have quite a few examples of what he does.

I start at the top, I highlight the entire thread, copy, then paste into word. There are about 10 or 20 docs. Archiving the cra p that has appeared on this site is not a priority, but, in my view a necessity if anyone of significance wants to see it. I have 44 threads archived, and some of them are yards long. They are for my refererence if I need to defend my case, or make a formal complaint. I'm not going to spend ages proving to you what you already know : you assist Georgem's attacks by fanning the flames, and making negative remarks that are tantamount to insults. If I do discover that I've got you mixed up with someone else, all I can say is tough luck. You get judged by the company you keep.

The written application is the formality. The phone call between present and prospective employers is the all important factor. Then the face-to-face interview.

To prove libel, you have to prove beyond any reasonable doubt, that I wrote the words, that they were directed at you personally, and that they are untrue.

You cannot do either because no one can prove I typed it ( not even me ! )and your name is not freefinker.

It would be different if it you had a website where you posted your real name and photograph, and it could be shown that someone using a particular computer made an attempt to post a libellous comment on your website.

According to Dan Kerins, people who read these threads don't read them all through. They read the story, a couple of comments then go to the end to post their comment. Invariably they come across Georgem and his gang bullying me, and assume that they are the "goodies" fighting a "baddie". So they complain. Kerins thought we were all as bad as one another. I pointed out that Georgem is always the instigator. Kerins said the admin team haven't got time to go through whole threads, so I offered to archive threads where Georgem and his cronies get up to their usual tricks. So I now have quite a few examples of what he does.
