A HAMPSHIRE man has been charged with two offences following an incident between a car and a bicycle.
Sean Ryan Emory, 22, of Rownhams Road, North Baddesley, was charged with driving a motor vehicle other than in accordance with a licence and causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving.
He was bailed to appear before Southampton Magistrates Court on October 17 at 9.30am.
This follows the incident, on Botley Road, North Baddesley, last Friday.
