JURORS were today due to resume their deliberations in the trial of a man accused of murdering teenager Hannah Foster.

The panel of eight men and four women had failed to reach a verdict after five hours discussing the case yesterday.

Judge Mr Justice Keith asked them to return at 10.30am to consider the evidence in the case against Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, who is accused of abducting, raping and strangling the teenager in March 2003.

The body of 17-year-old Hannah was found at the side of Allington Lane in West End, two days after she vanished after a night out.

Kohli, 41, was arrested in his native India in July 2004 and was extradited to the UK to face charges last year.
