BUSES transporting people with special needs are being cancelled for all schools tomorrow as blizzards are predicated to sweep in tomorrow.
Southampton City Council said the Amber alert issued by the Met Office has the school transport unit not run until further notice.
Forecasters are predicting freezing conditions and a snowfall of up to 10cm just before rush hour tomorrow.
