SHOPPERS can get free advice and information about healthier lifestyles at a special event at Southampton’s WestQuay Shopping Centre today.
More than 15 different organi-sations will be offering tips and details about subjects including health, volunteering and caring.
The Be Healthy, Be Active event runs from 10am to 4pm and is designed to offer help to everyone particularly disabled or elderly people looking to improve their health.
