WELL done to super-fit fundraisers Emma Bell and Lauren Davey who have raised £800 for Hampshire’s children’s hospice.
Emma and Lauren, from 1-1 Recruitment in Winchester, organised a five-hour “spinathon” – cycling on exercise bikes – at River Park Leisure Centre.
Twenty-seven people took part in the event, which brought in £797.07 for Naomi House in Sutton Scotney.
Bosses at the hospice also received a boost from Shirley Tobias, of Ringwood, who raised £1,850 by organising a sell-out concert at Bransgore Village Hall.
The money will go towards Jack’s Place, which is a new facility for young adults next to Naomi House.
