ENTERPRISING Southampton students are appealing to Hampshire businesses to help them raise money for charity.
Young people from City College’s hospitality and catering courses are staging their own dinner and auction at the college’s Aspire restaurant in aid of Wessex Cancer Trust tomorrow but need help with auction prizes. They are also keen to top up their raffle prizes for the night. Anyone who is able to donate should contact Georgina Vintner on 023 8057 7377.

Isn't it too late for this request? What happened to students being organised? Is this not a case of more spoon-feeding for young people who refuse to accept responsibility and grow up?
