TWO pals are taking on a gruelling four-day cycling fundraiser – in fancy dress.
Sue Kerrigan, 38, and Louise Gethin, 45, pictured, will wear colourful outfits as they pedal 250 miles from Brighton to Dover and all the way back to Sue’s home village of Marchwood.
The duo decided to take on the challenge in memory of Sue’s dad who died from dementia and Motor Neurone Disease earlier this summer.
Cycling 70 miles a day, they will also raise cash for the Sheffield Institute Foundation, which carries out research into the condition.
The challenge will end on September 14 with a party at the Pilgrim Inn in Marchwood. The reception for the duo will include live music, entertainment and a raffle.
