Southampton's Race for Life on July 13 is now the biggest in the country with 10,000 women expected to walk, jog or run the 5km course around Southampton Common to raise thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK.

We have teamed up with Tesco to offer three lucky readers the chance of winning an exclusive Tesco training kit containing everything you need to get in shape.

The pack includes a canvas bag containing a thigh trimmer, two soft hand grips, skipping rope and a pair of dumbbells plus an iPod Shuffle, an iTunes voucher to find the perfect training soundtrack, a Tesco exercise vest and a spa voucher so you can relax after a hard training session.
