Hampshire's naked rambler will face charges of “outraging public decency” a court has ruled.
Stephen Gough, 53, from Eastleigh, appeared at Oxford Crown Court in the nude as a judge rejected an application for his case to be dismissed.
Mr Gough was arrested in Carterton Oxfordshire in December.
He is due to appear in court again for a plea hearing on Monday, February 11.
