POLICE are hunting thieves who stole three cars from a Southampton car showroom.

Doves Vauxhall on The Avenue, was forced to close to customers on Monday after the burglary, which saw three five-door Vauxhall Astra’s stolen from the premises.

The cars were a silver Vauxhall Astra Exclusive, a grey Vauxhall Astra SE CDTI and a white Vauxhall Astra SRI.

Officers are now appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the cars taken overnight on Sunday, or has seen the cars since the burglary, to step forward and help catch the thieves.

Stealing vauxhalls. They must have been deperate. The cars will have broken down within 5 miles guranteed.

Add that to the fact that the keys are kept in a safe and I would think the police may know where to start looking ;-)
