Kemp Town murder trial jury sworn in

A jury panel has been selected in the trial of a man who denies murdering a 62-year-old who was found dead in his Kemp Town flat.
The body of Michael Polding was discovered at his home in St George's Road in the Kemp Town area of Brighton in July last year but he is believed to have been dead for about two months.
Mr Polding, who had moved to the East Sussex city from London nine months earlier, had suffered multiple injuries, a post-mortem examination found.
Ricardo Pisano, 36, of Methuen Street, Southampton, denies murder and grievous bodily harm.
A jury panel has been selected at Lewes Crown Court ahead of a trial which expected to last five weeks.
Prosecutor Philip Katz QC is due to open the Crown's case on Wednesday.
