Vending machine cash thefts
THIEVES stole cash from vending machines at three Hampshire leisure centres.
In one afternoon the pair accessed vending machines and removed the coin containers, netting several hundred pounds.
The men struck at 4.15pm at Fleming Park Leisure Centre, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh, then half an hour later at Bitterne Leisure Centre, Dean Road, Southampton.
The same technique was used at about 6.30pm at Chamberlayne Leisure Centre, in Weston Lane, Southampton. It all happened on October 29.
