Breath test failure
A WEST End man has been banned from driving for failing to do a breath test when stopped by police.
Brian Kendall, 44, of Harbourne Gardens, admitted the charge that happened on November 30, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court heard.
Kendall also admitted driving a 04-reg Ford Mondeo on Churchill Road West, Basingstoke, with a licence and failing to attend court on December 17.
The justices disqualified him for 12 months, fined him £565, with a £41 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
