Only as it clearly states the lad wasn't shouting at him. So in my day that makes the man a thug.

So what was a ten year old shouting to his mates that outraged and offended a grown man so much when felt it was directed at him ???

Doubt he was shouting "you're a silly billy"

This would be my nephew that you are talking about and I think your actually find the joke was 'your mum is so fat the only exercise she gets is when she runs for the ice cream van' which he directed to his friends that he was with as they were all telling jokes between him. He has been brought up well and has manners and he deffenitly wouldn't be shouting rude things to adults but more to the point how the hell can you justify a fully grown man touching and scaring a young boy leaving him with bruises and damaging his bike! Would you really find a children joke like that that affensive that you would hurt a child? ?? I hope the vile scum bag get caught for hurting and scaring my new nephew
