A JURY has been sworn in for the trial of a man accused of murdering his identical twin brother.
The jury of nine men and three women, will oversee the trial of Robert Cerqua at Winchester Crown Court.
Cerqua, of Langdown Road, Hythe, is accused of murdering his twin brother Chris, a carpenter, at their parents' home in Hythe on New Year's Eve last year.
