A TEENAGE girl was robbed by a man who pushed her aside as she keyed in her pin number into a cash machine - and then withdrew £200.
The victim tried to fight him off but he used force to keep her away. She is uninjured and no weapon was used.
The incident happened at an ATM at Tesco on Lodge Road, Portswood, shortly after 1am on Wednesday.
The suspect is a white man, aged in his late teens or early twenties, about 5ft 6ins tall, medium build, clean shaven with a pale complexion and short, mousey brown hair. It's possible he had a freckle or mole on his face.
He was wearing a black coat and dark coloured jeans.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, who saw anyone suspicious in the area at the time or has information about the suspect. Call 101.
