TWO brothers, who have admitted attacking a student outside Itchen College in Southampton, had their sentences adjourned.
Damien Gorman, 26, from Mullen Close, Southampton, and Dale Gorman, 20, from Ribbonwood Heights, Poole, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm to Jack Osman.
The victim was left with cuts and bruising as a result of the attack.
The city crown court heard that Dale Gorman was subject to two suspended sentences for battery and was terrified of going to jail.
A probation report was ordered in his case.
Both brothers had bail extended until April 21.
