POLICE have released an e-fit image of a flasher who exposed himself to a teenager in Hampshire.

A 15-year-old girl was walking along the cutway between Dale Road and Upper Mullins Lane, Hythe, when she was approached by a man who was indecently exposing himself.

The victim did not speak to the man and carried on walking.

He is described as white, of pale complexion, aged 40 to 50, with grey/white hair that was spikey on top and short around the sides and around 5ft 9ins tall.

The man was wearing dark coloured trousers and a long sleeved top, walking with a shuffle and had a large belly.

PC James Foster, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this incident to come forward. I would urge anyone with information to come and speak to us as soon as possible.”
