Debenhams in Winchester
A BISHOP’s Waltham shoplifter has been fined for stealing fragrance from a Winchester department store.
Claire Harman, 34, of Battery Hill, admitted stealing four bottles from Debenhams on July 13.
She was fined £105 with a £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.
