Two men, aged 34 and 23, were attacked after walking home from the West Town Inn, in Station Road, Hayling Island, with the elder man being taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital after having his two front teeth knocked out and suffering cuts and bruises.
The 23-year-old was treated for bruising to his face.
Officers are investigating whether the incident on October 9 was racially motivated due to comments made to one of the victims, who is originally from Turkey.
The offenders are described as white, aged in their early 20s, with one 5ft 8ins tall with short, light brown curly hair and the other 5ft 10ins tall, of thin build, and had short dark messy brown hair.
