TWO men have been arrested after a man was attacked with golf clubs and crockery in a church.
Police say three men entered the church and tried to hit a 50year-old man with the clubs and then threw crockery at him.
Although he was hit by the items being thrown, the victim was uninjured.
The three attackers left when police were called.
The incident happened at St Michael and All Angels Church, in Dunsbury Way, Havant, on Wednesday at about 12.30pm.
A 33-year-old man and a 34-year-old man, both from Liverpool, have been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill. They have been bailed until April 5, 2016.
