A WINCHESTER phone pest has been handed a community order.
Anthony Walters, 53, of Alison Way, Oram's Arbour, had initially denied that on June 30 last year he persistently used the phones to cause annoyance, but admitted the offence.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 10 days.
Walters was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £15 costs.
