Here's a round-up of cases at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

Lorraine Maria Hutchings, 53 of Savernake Way, Eastleigh. Pleaded not guilty to fraud but was found guilty. Failed to disclose a conviction of harassment and previous neighbour disputes on her housing application. Conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £300 in court costs.

Sarah Margaret Louise Disdale, 37 of The Hundred, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Drove on Romsey Bypass after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it was on her breath, namely 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fine of £400 as well as a £40 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Disqualification to be reduced by 24 weeks if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course.

Jamie Robert Johnson, 24 of Sussex Road, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to a breach of a community order made by West Hampshire Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £50.

Rosin Mcdonagh, 20 of Botley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breach of a community order. She was fined £25.

Benjamin John Miles-Worsford, 30, of The Compass, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a constable, possession of cannabis as well as theft for stealing a £150 bike and to burgling a home and stealing another bicycle worth £159.99. He was given a four-month sentence suspended for 12-months and told to comply with a supervision period to last one year and to include a nine-mouth drug rehabilitation and 20-day activity requirement.

George Michael Maunders, 36, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing six jars of coffee, valued at £30 from Co-Op in North Baddesley as well as breaching a conditional discharge. Maunders was given a three-month sentence, suspended for 12-months, and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge

Xi Zhang, 23, of Brunswick Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while over the legal drink drive limit, with 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Commercial Road in Southampton. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Zhang was ordered to pay a £500 fine, £85 in costs, a £50 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
