CASES heard by Southampton magistrates were:

Catherine Drummond, 67, of Woodlands Road, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Drummond was fined £550, ordered to pay a £55 victim surcharge and £625 costs. Her licence was also endorsed with six points.

Ioan Popa, 49, of Cook Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty of speeding on the A33 in a Mercedes. Popa was fined £215 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. His licence was also endorsed with three points.

Janek Meidra, 27, of Northumberland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton. Meidra was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, and handed a one-year restraining order. He was also ordered to pay an £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Wayne Johnson, 44, of HMP Exeter. Pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of Gordons Gin worth £72 from Morrisons in New Milton and obstructing a police officer in their line of duty in New Milton. Johnson was jailed for seven days.

Collett Marie Carroll, 33, of Monks Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to refusing a breath test at Southampton Police Station. Carroll was given a community order with an eight-week electronic curfew requirement and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 28 months.

James John Agar, 40, of Coleville Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order and community order. Agar was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for a year, and given a three-month electronic curfew. He was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kamil Kacpr Kasperek, 28, of Priory Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving in Lyndhurst. Kasperek was fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also disqualified from driving for two years.

Jason Laurie Dibden, 20, of Nightingale Close, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to damaging a window in Totton and breaching a conditional discharge. Dibden was handed a community order with a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Justin John Goulding, 37, of Woodmill Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Southampton. Goulding was given an electronic curfew and a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. He was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Jason Lee Havard, 27, of Meacher Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two counts of theft in New Milton and Southampton, using threatening or abusive words or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton, and one count of criminal damage in Totton. Havard was given a two-month electronic curfew and community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement. He was also ordered to pay £400 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.

Ilham Khawari, 28, of International Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using a phone while driving in Southampton. Khawari was fined £200, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs. His licence was also endorsed with three points.

Ian Graham Nightingale, 39, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton and a breach of a conditional discharge. Nightingale was fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Ian Roberts, 30, of Northam Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by failing to notify authorities with a change of address. Roberts was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrius Antanavicius, 29, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to drink driving in Southampton. Antanavicius was jailed for five months suspended for 18 months, and disqualified from driving for 52 months. He was also fined £85 and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

James Marros Bailey, 21, of Redlands Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance in Southampton. Bailey was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Graham Castle, 33, of Chestnut Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty of possession of cannabis, resisting a police officer in the execution of their duty and failing to surrender to bail in Southampton. Castle was fined £85, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jacob Michael Docking, 20, of Spilsby, Lincolnshire. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance. Docking was fined £288, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Fraser Charlie Hunter, 21, of Wilton Avenue. Pleaded guilty to damaging a front door. Ordered to pay £500 compensation and £40 costs.
