Among the cases heard at West Hampshire Magistrates Court are:

Jason Mark Dalton, 30, of Ivy Lane, West End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge services and £85 costs.

Carla Jane Gregson, 27, of Northam Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing toiletries from TK Maxx, meat from Sainsburys and attempting to steal items from inside a car. Given a four week prison sentence and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge services.

Luke Samuel Hatch, 26, of Horton Close, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for three years, fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Gemma Louise Skeates, 35, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Kellie Black, 31, of Town Hill Park, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to notify Southampton City Council and the Department of Work and Pensions over living in a house as husband and wife, which affected entitlement to housing benefit and income support. Given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay victim services surcharge of £15 and £85 costs.

David Sheldon, 56, of Testwood lane, Totton. Pleaded guilty to stealing three bottles of Chardonnay from Lidl. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim services surcharge.

Lee Daryl Eastman, 32, of Lamberhurst Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour. Fined £110 and ordered to pay victim services surcharge £30 and £85 costs.

Adam Belo Omar, 37, of Bank Street, Bishop’s Waltham. Pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour. Fined £80 and ordered to pay victim services surcharge £30 and £25 costs.

Peter Ian Taylor, 40, of Lawnside Road, Shirley, Southampton. Admitted criminal damage to TVs. Denied assault and case dropped with no evidence offered. Ordered to do 20 hours unpaid work and rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days, fined £85, plus £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs. No compensation because no claim made.

Chris Powell, 33, of Hornchurch Road, Lordshill, Southampton. Admitted fishing without a licence at Longbridge Lake, Romsey. Fined £100, £30 victim surcharge, £127 costs.

Liam Rushton, 29, of Hallum Close, Salisbury. Admitted fishing at Broadlands Lake, Romsey, without a licence. Fined £50, £30 victim surcharge and £127 costs.

Daniel Smith, 24, of Archery Grove, Woolston, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to fishing without a licence at Headlands Farm, Romsey. Fined £75, £30 victim surcharge and £127 costs.

Elliot John Davies, 26, of Kilmeston Close, Eastleigh. Admitted assaulting Michaela West and criminal damage to a Vac Hoover, valued at £160 belonging to Michaela West and offending whilst a community order in place. Community order to undertake 40 hours unpaid work, take part in 39-session Resolve programme, pay £160 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Paul Guild Bruce, 48, of Hamble Lane, Hamble. Admitted using the internet when prohibited by a sexual offences prevention order and failing to comply with annual registration. Community order to do 40 hours unpaid work, and rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 60 days, sexual harm prevention order to run until February 24 2021, pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Charles Child, 40, of Upper Gordon Road, Highcliffe, Dorset. Admitted driving a 06-reg Mazda MX5 on Carslake Close, Barton-on-Sea, without due care and attention, failing to stop after accident and failing to report accident. Fined £200, £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Early, 19, of Conifer Road, Coxford, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without a licence and with no insurance. Disqualified for six months because of repeat offending. Fined £230, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
