Lewis Richard Elkins, 26 of no fixed abode. Guilty to criminal damage in New Milton and failing to comply with the notifications requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by failing to register a place of residence or as no fixed abode on a weekly basis. Jailed for two weeks and given a one-year restraining order.

Connor James Taggart, 20, of Pennine Road, Southampton. Guilty of driving without due care and attention and failing to stop in Southampton. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

Devyn Waller, 20, of Corhampton, Hampshire. Guilty to drink driving in Southampton. Fined £230 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Mel Oliver Bouzad, 38, of St Anthonys Road, Bournemouth. Guilty of speeding in Fordingbridge. Fined £450, ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £500 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Alexandr Berezanski, 25, of Honeysuckle Road, Southampton. Guilty to possession of cannabis in Southampton. Fined £120, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Elliot James Felmingham, 30, of Northam Road, Southampton. Guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour, possession of amphetamine and theft of Persil and Herbal Essences to the value of £89.07 in Southampton. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £89.07 compensation.

Paula Margaret Delong, 57, of Warnes Lane, Burley. Guilty to drink driving in Burley. Given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

Damien Che Voller, 39, of The Fowey, Hythe. Guilty to drink driving, driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence and driving without insurance in Southampton. Given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and fined £50. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Andrew James Pike, 28, of William Macleod Way. Guilty to drink driving in Southampton. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Kieran Higgs, 24, of Hermitage Close, Bishop’s Waltham. Guilty to driving when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, exceeded the legal limit. Fined £280 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Daniel Michael Tweedy Peake, 25, of Oakridge Road, Southampton. Guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by sending abusive texts in Marchwood. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Linda Marie James, 28, of Redbridge Towers, Southampton. Guilty to stealing a can of deodorant and alcohol worth £11.59 in Southampton. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £11.59 compensation.
