THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court:

Andrew Warwick Stone, 50, of Adelaide Road in Southampton, found guilty of driving a vehicle above the speed limit. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 in costs and was fined £60. Plus three points on his licence.

Anthony Charles William Robson, 37, of Shirley High Street in Southampton, pleaded guilty to fraud. He was discharged conditionally for two years. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £135.

Elliot James Felmingham, 31, of Hollick Place in Southampton admitted to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. Sentenced to 14 days in prison.

Justin Kirby, 52, Oak Drive, Ringwood, New Forest, admitted drink driving. Banned from driving for more than three years. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85, costs of £200 and fined £850.

Dmitrijs Vasilevskis, 24, of Peel Street, Southampton, admitted stealing £412.92 worth of groceries from Asda. He was fined £310 and ordered to pay a £31 victim surcharge as well as £85 in costs.

Jake Anthony Petch, 23, of Severn Road, in Southampton, found guilty of harassing a woman and convicted of assaulting a man. He was ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. A restraining order was made preventing contact with the victim directly or indirectly and entry to Brownhill Road, North Baddesley until June 6, 2019. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £200, costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £85.

David John Tubb, 62, of Elizabeth House, Calmore, New Forest, pleased guilty to assaulting a woman by beating. He was ordered to participate in a Building Better Relationships programme for 32 days. He was also fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Ricky Robson Sharp, 32, of Ticonderoga Gardens., Southampton, admitted assaulting a woman. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £300.

John Lyndon Barnes, 22, of Fair Oak Road, Bishopstoke, admitted obstructing a police officer as well as failing to surrender to custody at West Hampshire Magistrates Court whilst on bail. He was committed to prison for 14 days.

Karen Louise Corris, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following her release from prison. Jailed for 14 days.

Bailey Denovan, 18, of Shamblehurst Lane South, Hedge End, admitted assaulting a police officer as well as being in possession of cannabis. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 in costs. A community order was also made stating that defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Clare Johnson, 47, of Broadlands Road, in Southampton, admitted carrying a kitchen knife in a public place. She was ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge, £85 in costs as well as participating in a rehabilitation programme.

Jon-Luc Raymond Anderson, 20, of Bransbury Close, in Southampton, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence. Fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £20.

Kieron Slack-Travers, 22, Brinton Road, in Southampton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement following his release from prison. Ordered to wear an electronic tag for 45 days under the curfew of 7pm until 7am. Ordered to pay £20 costs.

James Colley, 24, of Hayle Road, in Southampton, admitted speeding. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 in costs as well as three points on his licence.
