Alexander Armour, 29, of Cheriton Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic light on Stoneham Way. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Rodney John Franiel, 77, of Wyre Close, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to speeding and driving without a licence. Fined £188 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Garry Armes, 44, of Magpie Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Leslie Michael Cole, 37, of Rockleigh Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Fined £175 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Robert John Sarginson, 28, of Seymour Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive language or behaviour and destroying police property. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Richard Wayne Burley, of Blackberry Field, Kings Worthy. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Tre Ruud Childs, 21, of Lord Mountbatten Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months. Ordered to pay £250 compensation.

Naomi Creech, 29, of Dale Valley Road, Poole. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information to police. Fined £450 and ordered to pay £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Glasspool, 43, of Millbank House, Graham Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of a class A drug, driving without insurance or a licence. Committed to prison for 10 weeks. Fined £120 with £115 victim surcharge and disqualified from holding a licence for six months.

Georgina Alice Ewan, 33, of Old Northam Road, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to benefit fraud. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for two years. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Angus Law, 53, of Holt Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400, with £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding a licence for 13 months.

Andrew David Smith, 33, of Elm Crescent, Hythe, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance or a licence and use of threatening words or behaviour. Fined £480 with £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months.

Wayne Francis James, 34, of Viney Avenue, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £63 with £50 compensation and £60 costs.

Patryk Mateusz Wilczynski, 19, of Cracknore Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs without insurance. Fined £95 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months.

Robert Peter Adams, 36, of Shinewell Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Adams was fined £200 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Jacob Edward Marry, 30, of Essex Road, Southsea. Pleaded guilty to stealing DIY goods. Fined £466 with £47 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Julian Glynn, 55, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. A community order was made plus a fine of £50 with £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
