A DRIVER who broke the speed limit in Totton has been disqualified from driving for six months.
Joshua Kashoza, 22, drove at 48mph on Salisbury Road when the limit is 30, magistrates in Basingstoke were told.
He also drove a Ford Transit minibus not in accordance with a licence.
Kashoza, of Vermont Close, Bassett, Southampton, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure.
Magistrates fined him £275 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
The court was told the ban was obligatory because it was a repeat offence.
