Girls flashed in alley: Man arrested
A MAN has been arrested after two teenage girls were flashed in an alley.
The indecent exposure incident happened in Moore Crescent in Netley Abbey, at 7.45pm on September 11.
A 20-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child aged 13 to 15.
He has been released from custody but remains under investigation.
